Skate Canada Adult Championships 2013Apr 04, 2013Kamloops British Columbia will be hosted Adult skaters from across Canada at the 2013 Skate Canada Adult Figure Skating Championships. Hundreds of adult skaters from across the country competed in four disciplines: free skate, interpretive, ice dance and synchronized skating. Skate Canada offers recreational, test and competitive opportunities to adult skaters through our Adult Skate program. Programs available to adult skaters include CanSkate, STARSkate, CanPower Skate, and Synchro Skate. New Brunswick had two skaters entered in 5 disciplines at this year’s event. Pat Noddin from the Riverview FSC and Dave Warman from the Capital City Skating Club competed at this years competition. Pat skated in Bronze Women Free finishing 3rd and Silver Women Interpretive finishing 2nd while Dave took to the ice for the Bronze Men’s Free finishing 2nd and Interpretive finishing 3rd. Together they also skated in the Open Couples Interpretive finishing 5th . Congratulations to Pat and Dave on representing New Brunswick at this event! |
